Dan Diwa is a business insurance processor who joins our team working remote in The Philippines. As a processor, Dan helps our account managers process a variety of different requests and daily tasks such as certificates of insurance or policy updates. As a child, Dan dreamed of working as a chef or detective but has worked in the BPO industry for the past 10 years and loved it before joining our team at Davidson & Associates in 2020. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family- who are all quite musically inclined playing instruments such as the guitar and drums. They also have three dogs, Sabrina and Ebi (both shitzu) and a crossbreed chow/german shepherd named Dixie. Dan enjoys crafting, including making his own soaps and perfumes, as well as traveling to the beach, hiking and supporting his favorite sports team- the Chicago Bulls. He loves trying new types of foods, his favorites include Japanese, Filipino and most importantly, Tacos. We appreciate Dan and the service that he provides to our team and clients.
