Roi Lugartos joins us remotely from the Philippines and rounds out our Personal Lines team. He assists our account managers with agency processing needs. Roi received his bachelor’s degree in Animation from iAcademy and originally aimed to be a creative designer, but looking for career growth, he found himself in the BPO industry for the past 5 years. Roi joined Davidson in 2022 and most enjoys working with a collaborative team. Outside of work, Roi is the oldest child of a family of 5, plus a dog. He likes gaming and streaming both games and bass covers. He loves the fantasy world as his favorite books and movies include The Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Inferno, among many more. You can catch him listening to New Wave music such as Duran-Duran and U2. He looks forward to diving into the insurance world and helping out wherever he can.
